Tourist information center in Vinnytsia

The Tourist information center of Vinnytsia Tourism Office is your first assistant during a visit to the City of Ideas! Here you will be consulted on any questions that appear for tourists and travelers during their stay in a new city; find out where you can stay, eat, what to visit in Vinnytsia and the Vinnytsia region, what is the current schedule of the Roshen fountain; and will also help with the search for conferences, services and opportunities for recovery in Vinnytsia, Khmilnyk and other cities of the region.

Our tourist information center (TIC) is:

• high quality of services according to international standards;
• giving free consultations and references (in Ukrainian, English, German), ordering sight-seeing tours of Vinnytsia (in Ukrainian, English, German, Polish, French);
• excursions and tours in Vinnytsia and Vinnytsia region from the best guides ( more than 75 tourist products, including 25+ walking tours in Vinnytsia, 10 children’s formats, 20+ bus tours in the Vinnytsia region and 15+ one-day tours in Ukraine);
• branded and unique author’s souvenirs from Vinnytsia ” byVi ” , as well as local craft products and drinks
• a full range of information on the work of hospitality establishments (cafes, restaurants, bars, hotels, hostels ), culture and the entertainment industry, conference halls, recreation and health facilities; poster of events in Vinnytsia and sale of tickets for events;
• barrier-free access for groups with reduced mobility, inclusive toilet and changing table for parents with babies;
• a digital screen with a large database of tourist information, an interactive map and a real-time public transport schedule.
